Tips and Tricks Before Submitting a Case
When developing BlackBerry Dynamics applications, please make sure that you’re using a recent version of the SDK and a recent version of the servers. Our general guidance is to be within at least 2 minor versions of the currently available version.
BlackBerry SDKs can be downloaded from: https://developers.blackberry.com/us/en/resources/downloads.html
Servers can be downloaded or cloud instances setup using your account. Developer licensing is available. ISV Partners can renew trials for free.

Before creating a support ticket, it can be helpful to:
Please include the following information for development issues:
- The BlackBerry SDK and version are you using.
- Platform (iOS, Android, etc) and Language (Java, Objective-C, Cordova, Xamarin, etc...).
- Can the issue be isolated to a specific platform, user or device?
- When did the application work last?
- Are you able to build and run a sample app for the same user on the same device?
If the issue is reproducible, it will lead to a faster resolution.
