After submitting my latest application update to the App World I have been getting a lot of messages (and more annoyingly, a number of bad reviews) telling me that the upgrade via the App World is failing with a non-specific error message like "An error occurred, please try again later". I have asked for help from App World Vendor support but I wondered if anyone here has seen a similar issue? This is the 11th update of this particular app and I have never had a problem like this before..
Do you have an error number? Usually error messages have error numbers, it's easier to track down the issue with that number.
Btw is it a smartphone app or PlayBook app?
